Overview

  • Are you in Year 10 or 11 of high school and interested in going to university? If you need to improve your English language skills before narrowing down your options, UniSQ offers English Language Preparatory Courses for Domestic Students.
  • With an English language preparatory program, you will learn to understand the way the English language works to become an effective communicator and advance your reading and writing skills in preparation for introductory university courses. The classes are small, and you will have the opportunity to build your confidence and make new friends.
  • The program includes two levels of English study. You could start your studies in any level, depending on your current English language skills or your IELTS results. The English Language Preparatory Courses for Domestic Students is flexible to suit your needs and we will work with you to start your studies at the best level for you.
  • This free English language preparatory program develops your linguistic and academic English skills and helps you transition into UniSQ’s UniPrep program. If you’re not completing an ATAR, have concerns that you won’t get the required ATAR, or want to see if university is for you, UniPrep is an ideal pathway.
