Moot Problem
The moot problem is in the form of an appeal to the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Queensland. Moot teams will therefore be assigned roles as representatives of the appellant or of the respondent in the Court of Appeal. Access the 2024 Moot Problem here.
