Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training provides adults in the workplace and community with the knowledge, skills and confidences to provide support to another adult who may be experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis.
This course is based on the guidelines developed through the expert consensus of people with lived experience of mental health problems and professionals.
The blended version of MHFA course has two components and both need to be conpleted. There is a 6 hour elearning compenent that must be completed prior to attending the 5 hour face-to-face session.
