Create your own robot character using design skills, electronics and crafting in this 2 day USQ Library Makerspace STEAM activity. Make your creation come to life with motors and lights while learning Arduino electronics and coding skills. Makerspace tooling, crafting and upcycled materials will be available to finish your bot. Take it home and continue to upgrade and improve your bot as desired. See an example robot and the course materials in this writeup of the session.
Activity Kits provided for participants, including robot chassis, Arduino Nano, Servo Motors and crafting materials. This is an in-person session in the R104 Makerspace, Toowoomba USQ Campus.
