The aim of this thesis is to identify the problematic nature of native title processes within Aboriginal Representative Bodies using Queensland South Native Title Services as a case study. The operational functions of QSNTS as a government funded organization is to assist aboriginal people in their region. However, my professional experience working in this area for the last 20 years as shown me many faults that have hindered the process for aboriginal people rather than supporting them. I will take an autoethnographic approach which will allow me to discuss my personal experience, and this will help facilitate the research and to make recommendations for positive outcomes for aboriginal people in the QSNTS region.
