Research Masterclass - Towards Successful Graduates: From Interest to Interests

This presentation will:

1. Share some ideas and methodologies for HDR students to do research independently and smartly

2. Share some thoughts with HDR supervisors on how to cultivate students and help them grow 

HDR students will be able to learn how to identify research gaps or questions accurately from the research topic, to propose an assumption, and then to adopt right research methodologies to validate the assumption. 

Meanwhile, HDR supervisors will be able to draw some ideas on how to supervise HDR students smartly and effectively, and inspire students to think and address research questions/problems in a more independent and confident manner.
