Presented by Fulbright Scholar Professor Connie Evashwick
Professor Evashwick will speak about how geriatrics, gerontology and aged care is taught in the curricula and how best to educate health professions students. As a Fulbright Scholar, she seeks to identify best practices in teaching techniques or content that would provide the future health professions workforce with the training, skills, and desires to provide high quality, efficient care to older adults in Australia. The presentation will conclude with a Q&A with Professor Evashwick.
