Charles Hayward PhD Scholarship

Charles Hayward was a beef producer from Central Queensland who aspired to improve understanding, practical knowledge and community education in land use management and planning. His generous contribution to UniSQ has provided funding to support a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Scholarship.

Students whose disciplines have the potential to increase knowledge of the land resources which support the grazing and cropping industries are encouraged to apply. The research and adult education should contribute directly to future food production and the betterment of the human condition.
