Novel Material Characterisation and Structural Performance Evaluation of High-Performance Composites and Joining Systems - PhD Scholarship

This project aims to characterise the physical, mechanical and structural properties of the high performance pultruded and filament wound composites. This will involve laboratory testing (using coupons and large-scale samples as appropriate) and full-scale trial pile driving/testing. 
  • Stipend of AUD $37,000.
  • Tuition fees for a maximum period of three years full-time equivalent study.
  • Maximum period of tenure of an award is 3 years. Periods of study already undertaken towards the degree will be deducted from the period of tenure.
