How to become a town planner

You can start your path to becoming a city and town planner by completing a UniSQ degree in Urban and Regional Planning.

In terms of city and town planner educational requirements, you generally need to study an undergraduate degree such as our Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning (Honours). From here, you may need to gain industry and practical experience through research projects and internships.
