Frequently Asked Questions
The time it takes to complete your MBA can be very different depending on the education provider or university you choose. Some MBAs can take up to 2 years of full-time study to complete.
If you study two study subjects at once in consecutive teaching periods, you will finish in just over one year – this is a full-time study load. UniSQ's MBA allows you to graduate sooner as you can choose from six start dates per year and study two subjects at once in eight-week teaching periods.
You also have full flexibility to study our MBA part-time. You can choose to study one subject at a time and even skip a teaching period to suit your life/work/study balance. It’s best to chat to a member of our team if you’re considering spreading out your study load.
It’s worth checking if you are eligible for a FEE-HELP loan. If eligible, this loan can cover the cost of your tuition fees of UniSQ’s MBA.
You may also be eligible to receive financial assistance from Centrelink.
There are also a range of UniSQ scholarships to support your journey through university.
You don’t need a business degree to start studying UniSQ’s MBA. There are three different ways you can enter our MBA.
- Complete an Australian 3-year university degree with a GPA of at least 4, have a minimum of at least three years’ management or supervisory experience, or equivalent; or
- Complete an Australian university Graduate Certificate with a GPA of at least 4 and a minimum of 1 years’ management or supervisory experience, or equivalent; or
- Complete UniSQ’s Graduate Certificate of Business Administration.
