Reimagine leadership: rethink, refocus, reignite

Overview

Enhance your impact and effectiveness as a leader. Rather than a conventional leadership course, this workshop series is about ‘unlearning’ old habits and embracing new and innovative ways to lead. Change is constant, and a fresh mindset and tools are needed to navigate changing environments to foster a resilient, adaptable, and forward-thinking workplace. Designed for progressive leaders and managers, these interactive workshops provide hands-on experiences and valuable networking opportunities.

The three workshops in this series complement each other, allowing you to draw on historical lessons, set strategic direction, and benefit from the collective wisdom of others. Using real-world examples, the workshops provide practical tools that will help you achieve organisational objectives. If you would like just a taste of this series you are welcome to attend any single workshop, as each stands alone while contributing to the overall value of the series.
