  • Evaluate a business model for a sustainability-focused business, distinguishing it from a business plan, and how to research, refine and evaluate the feasibility of the proposed venture.
  • Analyse what are the key components of a one-page business plan for a sustainability initiative and utilise effective communication strategies to present it to investors, customers, and partners.
