From electrician to engineer, Andrew Atkinson graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Electronic Engineering) with the highest Grade Point Average (GPA) possible of 7.
‘After working as an electrician for 8 years, I realised I wasn’t being sufficiently challenged. I wanted to use math and sciences more, which I had enjoyed at school. Electrical engineering at UniSQ ticked these boxes and was a logical progression for me.’

‘My future plans are to attain Chartered status with Engineers Australia and RPEQ certification. If I decide to complete any further studies later in life, I know UniSQ will be there to help me achieve these goals.’
