A successful actor and producer now based in Manchester, UK, Hannah’s roots were right here at UniSQ, graduating with a Bachelor of Theatre Arts (Theatre – Acting) in 2009.
Hannah’s key professional job after graduation was at UniSQ itself, working at the Shakespeare in the Park 10-year anniversary production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream. After seven consecutive years of writing successful funding grants, staging high-quality work and collaborating with some of the most noted theatre-makers in the Northern Hemisphere, Hannah is now an established producer as well as Co-Programmer/Theatre Manager at Hope Mill Theatre in Manchester.
In 2018, Hannah was cast in ITV’s Coronation Street. She continues to work regularly in theatre, having performed at The Royal Exchange Theatre, London’s The Pleasance Theatre and many more, and co-runs a theatre company under Play with Fire.
'UniSQ instilled a strong sense of creative independence and having as many ‘strings to your bow’ as possible, which I have found to be the most valuable and sustainable advice in my life today.'
