Nicole, a passionate aviation enthusiast and UniSQ alum is looking forward to a bright future after completing a Bachelor of Aviation (Aviation Management) at UniSQ.
Nicole's love for aviation started early and as a Year 12 student, she attended UniSQ's Careers Day and got to take control of a Boeing 737-800 simulator. This experience, along with a two-day Aviation Experience camp, confirmed to Nicole that studying Aviation at UniSQ was her next step.
She began her degree just as the pandemic hit in 2020, making the start of her studies quite challenging. However, UniSQ's flexibility allowed her to complete most of her degree online, which helped her balance work and save money for flight training.
Nicole works as an Airline Service Agent for Swissport International AG at Brisbane Airport. Her journey at UniSQ has not only equipped her with the skills needed for her career but also provided her with unforgettable experiences and friendships.
“I’m thrilled to have a job in the aviation industry and flying on the side for fun.”Inspired by her father and grandfather, both passionate about flying, Nicole is now working towards her Commercial Pilot’s Licence.
