Apply to live at a residential college

Completing an application to live at the UniSQ Residential Colleges is easy! Our free, streamline application process can be completed online. Residents are required to complete an accommodation application for each study period.

You’re able to select up to five accommodation preferences, so browse the different college sites to find out more about the different room options.

You can also download a map of our three Residential Colleges and accommodation blocks, and view the proximity to the University. 

Our fees vary based on the different room types, so we advice learning more about the accommodation costs at each College.

Weekly rates for each room type are listed on the Fees and Scholarships page or you can access the full amount for a study period in the downloadable Fee Schedule.

Applications for the following year will normally open on 1 July each year (or the next business day).

To complete an accommodation application, you’ll first need to create an account in our Res Portal. You’ll then be able to apply through the ‘Application’ tab.

If you experience any issues during the application process, please email accommodation@unisq.edu.au.

After you have submitted an application, you’ll receive a confirmation email which will include more information about when the next offer round will be completed.
