2025 fees are applicable from the commencement of Trimester One/Academic Year 2025 Accommodation Agreements.

The above rates are based on a long stay Accommodation Agreement and are not applicable to short stay residents. Residents should be aware of their agreement obligations to remain in residence for the duration of the Accommodation Agreement.
