University Paris Nanterre
University Paris Nanterre is internationally recognized as one of the great French universities of human and social sciences, with a minority but dynamic science and technology component. With 400 partnerships with more than 70 countries, its ambition is to support the initiatives of its teacher-researchers while structuring its international policy around a few privileged partnerships which bring together research and training cooperation. Two French presidents are alumni of University Paris Nanterre including current President Emmanuel Macron.

Insurance:
All students must be covered by a valid insurance policy recognised in the host country for the duration of their overseas studies including medical and repatriation expenses. If any insurance policy can be used, students may qualify to be covered under the UniSQ insurance policy. Please check with the Mobility Team at the time of acceptance to the exchange program. Exchange students registered at UPN must subscribe to the French social security system. The costs associated to health insurance are the student’s responsibility.
