During high school, Tayla never thought that she would pursue a university degree, but things began to change after she got a job that involved daily interactions with social services professionals. With her curiosity peaked, Tayla began mapping out her future with the help of UniSQ.

Tayla's favourite aspect so far is how much the content has challenged her. Preparing Tayla to be industry ready, the Bachelor of Social Work includes courses from other allied health fields such as human services, psychology, and nursing. The breadth of research, practice knowledge, and the opportunity to reflect on her own beliefs throughout her studies has provided Tayla with multiple layers of learning and room for personal development.
