Regenerative farming
Building drought resilience at scale through the Regenerative Agriculture Alliance (RAA), a collaboration of Australia’s leading researchers and practitioners in regenerative agriculture. Our world-first Regenerative Agriculture undergraduate and postgraduate courses equip a new generation of farmers to become more drought resilient. Our Regenerative Agriculture Mentoring Program (RAMP) provides one-on-one and bio-regional expertise and support for farmers looking to transition to more regenerative practices.
Carbon farming
Collaborate with researchers and industry on applied soil research projects which quantify the benefits of regenerative practices to restore degraded soils and increase carbon. Explore the possibilities of carbon farming and collaborative carbon farming models through our carbon farming webinar series and Director Lorraine Gordon’s carbon farming keynote presentations.
Expertise in collaboration
With the recognition that complex problems such as building resilience to drought can only be solved by working together, SCU leads collaboration on an unprecedented scale through its Farming Together Program, assisting more than 28 500 farmers build social, economic and environmental resilience.
