- The Commercial Law specialisation explores international business law, taxation law, property conveyancing, competition and consumer law, commercial litigation, and mediation.
- You can select to study a course that includes the necessary training to assist you to become a Nationally Accredited Mediator under the National Mediator Accreditation Standards (NMAS) and enable progression to register with an Australian Recognised Mediator Body.
