Your UniSQ Student ID card is your gateway to studying at UniSQ. Whether you are studying on-campus or online, it is important to obtain your ID card for:
- identification
- entry to exams
- building access
- printing and photocopying
- library borrowing
- public transport concessions (where available).
How do I get an ID card?
You can request a Student ID Card in person or online, a minimum of two hours after you have enrolled.
Online requests can be submitted through the Student ID card request form.
Note: If you are studying the Bachelor of Nursing (BNSG), you will also require a Placement Card in order to successfully complete the Placement requirement of your Program. A Placement Card will be automatically printed when you request your Student ID Card.
Once submitted, you will receive an email confirming the processing of your Student ID Card application within two University business days.
You can elect to have your ID Card posted to the mailing address listed in your Student Centre, or you can choose to collect your ID Card at a UniSQ Campus.

When requesting and/or collecting your Student ID Card, you will need to provide a current photographic identification document such as your Driver's Licence, Proof of Age Card or Passport.
Renewing your Student ID
You can renew your Student ID card in person or online.
You will not need to upload a proof of identity document and, if you are happy with your existing ID Card photo, there is no need to upload a replacement.
You will receive an email confirming the processing of your Student ID Card application within two University business days. You can elect to have your ID Card posted to the mailing address listed in your Student Centre, or you can choose to collect your ID Card at a UniSQ Campus.
